The Cause

Mental health touches everyone and we strive to have a 10/10 perfect score in our quest to provide help and support for patients and families struggling with mental illness.

World Mental Health Day is observed on October 10th every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.  The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” – WHO Constitution

The annual 10/10 World Mental Health Day Fundraiser is in memory of Jeremy. He suffered from mental illness and took his life in 2010.

10/10 sets out to provide people like Jeremy the support and care that they deserve.

10/10 Event is dedicated to him, who incidentally, was born on October 10, 1970.

Last time we selected Partners for Mental Health as our beneficiary.  Here are some other key organizations we share our vision with:

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA)

“Our Mission: As the nation-wide leader and champion for mental health, CMHA facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness.” CMHA
